Christian Greetings,
On behalf of the wonderful saints that call this church
home, I want to thank you for taking the time to peruse
our web-site. As you can see, we are in the midst
of major change—new building, new name, but the same
wonderful people and spirit! Currently, we are
transitioning our name from The Jesus Church of the
Quad-Cities to The Apostolic Sanctuary. Both names
will be utilized throughout our conversion from the old
building at 1301 John Deere Expressway, Silvis, IL—to
the
Glenview Middle School—to our new building at 1501
John Deere Parkway, Silvis, IL. We chose The Apostolic
Sanctuary for two reasons:
1. When you arrive at our church we want it to be a
sanctuary—a place of refuge and
strength, as well
as a place of worship. His word
declares, “…enter
into His gates with thanksgiving and
into His courts
with praise!” It also teaches
us He is our refuge and
strength.
3. We want our church to be Apostolic—in doctrine,
ministry, worship, and action as we
endeavor to
share the gospel with the
Quad-Cities.
We anticipate construction beginning around the middle
of May. Please return to watch us grow—pictures
and video will be available as we go along.

renderings. I trust you will enjoy the items
available at this time and please note, this site is
under construction as we continue to update our ability
to minister to our friends in the on-line community.
